1. We'll Start with a Site Visit

Firstly we like to arrange a site visit to discuss client needs and discuss options at a high level. It generally only requires an hour or two for us to understand the project requirements and client expectations.

2: you'll Make a Deposit

If you wish to proceed, we require a $500 deposit to cover the time spent arranging accurate and fair pricing for the planned renovation. This small financial commitment means you'll get certainty around project costs, while avoiding the tradie 'race to the bottom' (where you could end up paying more than expected or get substandard workmanship).

3. We'll provide you with Pricing

Pricing that is fair and reasonable is generally given when contractors and suppliers have had time to fully consider the scope of the project. At the moment we are finding that pricing can take 4-6 weeks as there is an extreme demand on the construction industry at this time (with interest rates so low, there are a lot of people looking to renovate and build).

4. We both sign a Contract

Once the costings are agreed on and we've finalised the scope of the renovation project with you, you'll then sign a contract engaging us to deliver the project in an agreed timeframe.
